Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this LaSalle Bristol Utopia TurboVent RV Air Admittance Valve for your gray water tanks. This cheater vent replaces the existing inline vent installed beneath your sink, and this valve helps your RV sink drain without releasing odors by opening to let air pressure into the sewer pipes to keep water flowing and closing to keep sewer gases from escaping and entering your RV's cabin. This self-cleaning valve head keeps the seal airtight, it automatically lifts and spins the sealed platform to scrub off debris when the valve is open, ensuring a long-lasting seal. Now, this is going to be a simple installation, you're just going to screw the threaded end onto the included ABS pipe, and then, you're going to slide the ABS pipe into the vertical ventilation pipe beneath your sink and secure it with ABS solvent cement, and if you do not already have that, we do carry that here at etrailer.com. Now, this roof vent's electric fan will provide better air circulation than the non-powered models. It'll exhaust the hot air while your trailer or RV remains locked and secured, and it's pretty simple upgrade from a non-powered model. Now, this does fit into a rough opening size of a 14 1/4 inch wide by 14 1/4 inch long. You can see if I lift it up, there's your opening size there, and you can see it is a nice aerodynamic wedge-shaped dome, it's made of a durable polypropylene, and it is a translucent cover, so it will allow some light through it. more

So if you're in the market for a new vent, but you also want to be able to use your vent while it's raining, any kind of inclement weather or if you wanna be able to just vent out your camper while also driving. It's gonna be great for your utility trailers. I have one in the trailer that we built, and that's just good to kind of get those fumes out, but it's also nice when it's kind of a nicer night out and you don't really want to spend the energy, to use the AC or something, you just wanna move some air. It is designed to work with the part number MA 00-05100K, the MA 00-05301K, the MA 00-06200K, the MA 00-06401K, and the MA 00-07000K. All of those roof vents we do sell separate on our website.Basically, this rain shields is what will install between the vent frame assembly and the dome lid assembly. And the MaxxFan Deluxe uses this built-in rain shield, along with the dome on the vent, and it'll surround and enclose the whole vent opening. more

Here, we have the smoked lid and you can see, even with it closed, it is going to allow a little bit of natural light to come through.Now, our MaxxFan is going to have a manual lift and it's going to be an exhaust-only fan, so it's only going to have one direction. It's going to be really great for bathrooms, like we have it in here, or even anywhere, really just where you want to get more air circulation and get that stale air out. This is going to allow you to bring the air in or close up your vent in your RV, so it's just going to be a manually opening and closing vent. There's a little arrow pointing to the one side of the vent that you should push to open that up and then it'll, kind of, set in place there and stay open. And then whenever you want to close it just press the opposite side and that'll close up. more

Now this MaxxAir plus roof vent with a fan will move air out of your RV, camper, or enclosed trailer. It'll help bring in fresh air, and remove hot, musty air and odors. The fan will run with the lid closed to circulate air. It'll do that when it's in the ceiling fan mode. more

Review of Maxxair RV Vents and Fans - Roof Vent - MA00-03810B- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the MaxxFan six inch diameter dome plus roof vent with a 12 volt fan and the LED lighting. Now this roof vent with the fan, you can control ventilation and moisture in small areas inside your RV or camper. This is perfect size for bathroom showers, and it is designed for you to rooftop or sidewall applications. This does include everything shown here on the table, the MaxxFan dome, the LED trim ring, six inch extension sleeve, and the fan guard.Now this is a six inch exhaust only fan, has a manual lift lid, the little lock and unlock with a single hand push button right here, so when you go to open it, you just push in and it'll lift it up, and then your fans right in there, and then when you go to close it, just push the button and pull it down. Very easy to open or close. It does offer removable screens for easy cleaning, and what's nice is on the inside when you install this, this would be your interior trim ring, that once this is installed will go around it. more

This is available in the white, which we've got here, and also a brown so you can more closely match it to your vehicle, has the four inch sleeve on the back. So it's really just going to slide our duct right over that and get it secured in place. You can see it has two holes here to do that. more
